PBR’s return to the High School Station follows one of the fiercest races in the history of the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour. Also winning a grand prize in the Unleash The Beast elite tournament, Lima finished the year with his fifth place finish for the PBR World Finals and moved to the World Top 25 for the first time since 2016. The victory is the first of two for Lima at all levels of competition in 2021. Lima then catapulted to the top of the leaderboard and took the final gold with his 86.5 points to Breaking Records (Jeff Harris) in the championship round. The Brazilian veteran remained perfect in the second Heat and won his ticket to the championship round after covering City Slicker (Barrett Bucking Stock) by 86 points. Lima started the Lone Star State event with a score of 86 points on Slim Shady (Topline Steel Buildings), placing fourth in the first round.
